Terms and Conditions
The Promotion

1. This promotion is conducted by Heka Hoods Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 656 209 988) of 5-7 Industrial Place, Yandina QLD 4561 (“Promoter”).
2. This promotion is a Category 4 promotional game conducted under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld). It is a free-entry promotional game conducted for the purpose of promoting the Promoter’s goods and services. No permit or licence is required to conduct this promotion.
3. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Period

4. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Saturday, 1 August 2026 and entries close at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility

5. Entry is open only to residents of Queensland, Australia.
6. There is no minimum age requirement to enter or win this promotion.
7. Entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter

8. To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period, make a purchase of any value (there is no minimum purchase amount required) via the Express by Heka Hoods website at https://www.expressbyhekahoods.com.au/, and enter the words “Golf Bag” in the notes/comments section at checkout (an “Eligible Entry”).
9. Goods and services purchased to enter this promotion are charged at their standard retail price. No premium or additional fee is charged for entry into the promotion.
10. Only orders that are paid in full and not subsequently cancelled or refunded (in whole or in part) will count as an Eligible Entry. Any order that is refunded prior to the draw, in whole or in part, will be excluded from the draw.
11. Each qualifying order that includes “Golf Bag” in the checkout notes will receive one entry into the draw. Entrants may submit multiple Eligible Entries by placing more than one qualifying order during the Promotional Period.
The Prize

12. One prize is available to be won: a Heka Hoods branded TaylorMade FlexTech Crossover Stand Golf Bag, with a total retail value of AUD $391.95 (“Prize”).
13. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. If, for any reason, the Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any approval required under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
The Draw

15. The winner will be drawn at random from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period on Monday, 5 October 2026, at the Promoter’s head office at 5-7 Industrial Place, Yandina QLD 4561.
16. Every Eligible Entry has an equal chance of winning the Prize, regardless of the number or value of purchases made, other than as set out in clause 11.
Winner Notification

17. The winner will be notified directly by email and by phone, using the contact details provided with their qualifying order.
18. Results of this promotion will not be published.
Prize Collection

19. The Prize will be available for collection in person from the Promoter’s head office at 5-7 Industrial Place, Yandina QLD 4561, from Tuesday, 6 October 2026, during the Promoter’s standard business hours.
20. The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to notify the winner and arrange collection of the Prize.
Unclaimed Prize

21. If the Prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the draw date, it will be redrawn.
The redraw will take place on Monday, 18 January 2027, from the remaining Eligible Entries, and the new winner will be notified in accordance with clause 17.
General Conditions

22. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure of the Express by Heka Hoods website.
24. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purposes of conducting this promotion, including contacting the winner and delivering the Prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
25. The Promoter will retain records relating to this promotion, including these Terms and Conditions, entry records, and details of the draw and winner, for a period of five (5) years.
26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
